This policy explains what OTO does with your information. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
Who we are
OTO is operated by Redjo Web Agency, registered in Indonesia. You can reach us at hello@wearoto.com.
What we collect
- Your email address — to create your account and let you sign in, or to tell you when OTO opens if you joined the early access list.
- Photos of your clothing that you choose to upload. We keep the cut-out version, with the background removed, so your wardrobe can show it again. We do not keep the original photo.
- Information about those clothes — category, colour, and a short description — worked out automatically when you upload them.
- Outfits you save, and how many AI actions you have used each day.
- A page-view count. When the early access page loads we record the page and the referral code it arrived with — nothing else. No cookies, no IP address, no device fingerprint, and it cannot be tied back to you.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, phone number, home address, or payment details. We do not access your photo library — you pick each photo yourself. We do not track your location. We do not use advertising cookies or sell anything to anyone, and we do not use third-party analytics that build a profile of you.
Your photos are stored
This is the question people ask most, so here is the straight answer: when you upload a garment, we keep the cut-out image. That is how your wardrobe can show it to you again. We do not keep the original photo, and we never show your clothes to anyone else.
Only you can see your own wardrobe. That is enforced by access rules in our database, not just by the app.
Who else sees your data
We use service providers to run OTO:
- Infrastructure providers that host our database and file storage.
- AI service providers that analyse your garment photos and build outfits.
Your garment images are sent to our AI service providers so they can be sorted. When building an outfit, we send only a text description — category, colour and label — never your photos.
Some of these providers process data outside Indonesia, including in the United States.
We use them only to run OTO. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it. Deleting a garment removes it. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your wardrobe, your saved outfits and your email address.
Your rights
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law you may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@wearoto.com and we will respond within the period the law allows.
Children
OTO is not intended for anyone under 17.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email.
