Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

The service

OTO helps you photograph your own clothes, organise them, and see outfits built from what you already own. OTO is operated by Redjo Web Agency.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You must be 17 or older to use OTO. One account per person.

Your content

Your photos and your wardrobe stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to store them and show them back to you. We do not show your clothes to other users.

Fair use

Free accounts have daily limits on AI actions and a limit on how many garments you can store. Do not try to get around those limits, scrape the service, or use OTO to break the law. We may suspend accounts that abuse it.

What the list gets

The first 100 people on the early access list are founders. The next 1,000 are the first wave.

When these apply. The OTO web app is available now. The iPhone and Android apps are still in development. The free months begin on the day the apps are released on the App Store and Google Play — not before, because the app is where they are delivered.

Three months is the whole of it. After that the account returns to the free plan unless you choose to upgrade. Nothing is charged automatically and no payment details are collected to claim the free months.

Places are assigned in signup order. Once the 100 founding places and the 1,000 first-wave places are gone, the list closes and no further signups are accepted.

These benefits stay with your account for as long as it is open. If you close your account, they end with it.

The AI gives suggestions, not advice

Outfit recommendations are generated automatically. They may be unsuitable, repetitive, or simply wrong. Treat them as suggestions and use your own judgement.

Availability

We aim to keep OTO running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, and things still in development may break.

Ending it

You may ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@wearoto.com. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

What we are responsible for

We work to keep OTO running and your data safe. We are not responsible for outfit suggestions you choose to follow, or for decisions you make based on them — OTO is a styling tool, not professional advice.

To the extent that Indonesian law allows, if something goes wrong our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
